The helmet was worn by Hulkenberg during the 2025 Mexico Grand Prix and featured a bespoke design created for the race. The auction, held via F1\u202fAuthentics, attracted strong interest from motorsport fans and collectors, ultimately securing a winning bid more than four times the starting price of \u00a35,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hahnair Foundation, established in 2012 by Hahnair owners Hans Nolte and Nico Gormsen, works to support underprivileged people, especially women and children, in finding a way out of poverty and leading free, healthy, and self-determined lives. To date, the Foundation has invested millions of euros into projects such as healthcare facilities, schools, nurseries, and social institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nico Gormsen, founder and owner of Hahnair, expressed his gratitude following the auction result: &#8220;We are deeply thankful to Nico Hulkenberg for donating this remarkable piece of Formula 1 history, and to the generous bidder whose winning bid will make a real difference.
